Our Mission
To serve as goodwill representatives for the Hispano Chamber by welcoming new members and existing members at various chamber events and supporting new member recruitment and member retention.
Our meetings will be in the Chamber Boardroom from 1PM-3PM every 2nd Wednesday of the month, except on April 10, 2024 and November 13, 2024, on those dates our meeting will be held in the Wells Fargo Boardroom.

Sonia is the Accounting & Marketing Director of PC Place and Owner of Boom Bookkeeping LLC. The PC Place is a local Family-owned and Operated Computer Sales and Repair Store, helping Albuquerque Business’ and Residents for 30 years now. They specialize in custom build computers, data recovery, and virus removal. Outside of work you can find Sonia sewing, gardening, dancing or enjoying the outdoors.

Sylvia Maser
Sylvia is the Executive Director for Global Give A Book, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that specializes in providing award winning books for children in need. Global Give A Book won the Hispanic Heritage Award 2022 non-profit organization of the year! She is also a publish author of “The Giving Stories” and an executive committee member of the Foothills Community Police Council. Fiona Ratzlaff
Fiona Ratzlaff, the driving force behind Framework COO, LLC, and the innovative Business Matrix Toolbox, leads the charge at Framework. As the principal, she utilizes her expertise, curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit to facilitate the growth and realization of goals for service-oriented retail companies and mission-driven nonprofits.
In addition to her active engagement in the community, Fiona Ratzlaff has diligently been developing a series of courses. These courses are tailored to assist Independent Contractors and Business Owners in comprehending the intricacies of structuring their careers or businesses to align with the new Final Rule on Independent Contractors, effective as of March 11th, 2024.

Brian Mora
Brian S. Mora is the Assistant GM for Lamar Outdoor Advertising of New Mexico & El Paso. He has been in the Outdoor Advertising industry since 1994. He is a graduate of University of New Mexico with a degree of Bachelors of Architecture. A long lived resident of Albuquerque, NM and married to Stephanie F. Mora since 2000.
Carmen Good
Carmen Good is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Currently, Carmen is a licensed insurance agent who is a Community Influencer and focuses on education and community outreach. Carmen serves on three non-profit committees, Board member for Meals on Wheels, and a proud Ambassador with the Hispano Chamber of Commerce. Carmen’s goal and passion is to ensure that people know and understand their healthcare options and enroll in the right plan that works best for their individual needs.
Steve Russell
Based in Santa Fe, originally from Arizona, Steve has lived in New Mexico since 2012. Steve is currently Group Sales Manager for Auberge Collection Resorts at Bishops Lodge in Santa Fe.
Sandra Trujillo
Sandra Trujillo has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. Specializing in the hotel industry in
New Mexico with emphasis on Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Sandra believes tourism and hospitality are
core industries in uniting people and industries for the growth of New Mexico. Her specialty is in long
term accommodations for travelers into Albuquerque.
Matthew Gonzales
Matthew is an Insurance Agent with New York Life specializing in financial planning and more specifically in assisting small business owners and families seeking to protect and grow their assets and investments. Outside of work, Matthew has played the drums over 40 years, loves renovating and gardening.
Donna Hollingsworth
Donna is the Marketing Director at American Restoration Water & Fire, LLC, which specializes in residential and commercial customers that are in need of their services after a catastrophic event such as, a fire, flood, or biohazard.
